Several shows are performing at ASU Gammage in the 2021-2022 season including “Tootsie,” “Visit the Band,” “Hadestown,” “Come from Away,” “The Lion King,” and “Oklahoma!” For Rodgers and Hammerstein! Tickets are on sale for all shows, except for “The Lion King” – tickets for this show will go on sale December 13th.

“Chihuly in the Desert” tickets
This joint exhibition is being held in Taliesin West by Frank Lloyd Wright, and the Desert Botanical Garden is now open. This is the first time Dale Chihuly has shown his work at the Wright House, which is open to the public. The gallery showcases famous Chihuli art made of glass in both venues, including his famous designs for the tower, basket, reeds, and floats. The exhibition is free with admission to the Desert Botanical Garden. Guided tours of Taliesin West start at $25. Reservations are required at both locations. For the first time, the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation is introducing a 2021 Holiday Collection of home and lifestyle products. Some of the items available for purchase include one of Wright’s first designs, a Hollyhock House lamp, a Taliesin West novice apron made of Cherokee Red-waxed fabric and a hammer with one of Wright’s quotes, “We make our buildings and then they create us.” Other gifts available in-store include puzzles, tiles, tapestries, and cufflinks. Order one of the Mesa Museum of Contemporary Art’s original print calendar. Van Gogh Immersive Experience tickets
The gallery has been extended until March 13 – so if you’ve never had a chance to go before, now is the time to head to the Scottsdale Art Lighthouse District for this immersive experience. The approximately 40-minute short animated film features Vincent van Gogh’s paintings in gallery 360. Works you can watch include “Les Mangeurs de pommes de terre” (“The Potato Eaters”) and “La Nuit étoilée” (“Starry Night”). ), “Les Tournesols” (“Sunflowers”), and “La Chambre à coucher” (“the bedroom”).
