The GRAND Designs award-winning barn conversion took ten years to complete.
House on the Hill, a stunning 18th-century farmhouse in Gloucestershire, was named House of the Year 2021 by Channel 4 show last year.

The stunning property, which overlooks the Wye Valley, was designed by Alison Brooks Architects and completed in four phases.
The three storey farmhouse has been converted into a ‘widespread gallery space’ and connected by a new two storey pavilion extension overlooking the beautiful hillside of the Dean Forest.
It includes a dining room, kitchen and living space.
The magnificent painting also includes two bedrooms, an office and a terrace.
There is also a gallery with amazing Indian and African sculptures displayed around the property.
House on the Hill made it to this year’s RIBA House list, which appeared on Channel 4’s Grand Designs: House of the Year.
The winning property was crowned on December 8th.
Corner House, House for Theo and Oskar, House in Assynt, The Slot House, The Outfarm and The Water Tower were also nominated for the award.
