Phoenix-based LGE Design Build, a full-service commercial general contractor with an in-house architectural firm, has laid the groundwork to begin construction of a 46,585-square-foot industrial facility located at the crossroads of 15y Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road in Phoenix.

The multi-building industrial project has first-class access to major transportation routes, including Loop 101 and I-17, and is located a few miles north of bustling downtown Phoenix that attracts many businesses looking to establish a base in the fifth largest city in United State

LGE Design Build acted as general contractor on this project. LGE Design Group was the architect. LPC Real Estate Group will handle the lease.
