Naples Liberty Group, LLC – a subsidiary of the Seagate Development Group – has purchased Liberty Plaza from Naples Venture I, Inc. for $11.75 million. David Stevens and Robert Carroll of Investment Properties (IPC) represented the buyer, while seller Mark Zamble of Nationwide Residential & Commercial Real Estate, Inc.
Liberty Plaza consists of three separate office and retail buildings – two two-story and one single-story. Just south of Pine Ridge Road, on the west side of US 41 in Naples, some of its tenants have Don Tequila Mexican Restaurant, Fox Alterations Studio, and Pelagos Café.
“Liberty Plaza has stood the test of time, offering locally owned businesses in a prime location. We are proud to bring the knowledge and experience gained from the successful development and management of retail and office spaces in Southwest Florida, including the recent sale of Arbor Town Square in Fort Myers, to the first retail yard in Naples,” said James Nolf, Jr., Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Seagate Development Group.
Liberty Plaza has more than 50,000 square feet of leasable space, 98 percent of which is currently leasehold. SW Management & Realty, LLC – another Seagate subsidiary – has been contracted to provide property management services, while IPC’s Robert Carroll will continue leasing services.
“The Liberty Plaza is a strategic asset located in the heart of Naples, and IPC looks forward to representing Seagate as they realize their vision for the property for the future,” said Carroll.
