John Maniscalco Architecture is looking for a Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to open immediately with several new and ongoing projects throughout the Gulf region and the United States.
jmA is an award-winning architecture studio based in San Francisco focused on creating thoughtfully designed and meticulously detailed modern residences. qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architectural Engineering from an accredited university

5-10 years experience in architectural firms

Excellent spatial and general design sensibilities with attention to detail

Background in Architectural Project and Project Team Management

Preparing presentation drawings and technical documents for permitting through building packages of documents
-
Familiarity with local licensing processes

Experience with detail and physical/final specifications in Type V construction, preferably in high-end custom residential projects

Effective communication with consultants, contractors and local agency authorities

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, 3D Modeling and Adobe Suite

Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills
