The sprawling California mansion owned by In-N-Out heiress Lynsey Snyder has sold for $16.25 million, according to real estate listings.
The property is located in the gated community of Bradbury Estates in the San Gabriel Valley, a few miles from where Snyder’s grandparents founded the In-N-Out Burger at Baldwin Park in 1948.
The property includes a mansion and a guest house with a total area of more than 18,000 square feet. It also features an infinity-edge pool, tennis court, basketball court, and two-hole golf course, along with a cabana and entertainment center.
The 11-bedroom, 13-bathroom Mediterranean-style mansion includes a six-car garage, according to the listing.

Snyder, whose net worth Forbes estimates at $3.6 billion, bought the property for $17.4 million in 2012, according to the listing.
The property was previously listed for $19.8 million in 2017, according to Business Insider.
Joseph Chiofari of Coldwell Banker Realty was the listing agent.
With the new deal, no information about the buyer appeared.
