Text description provided by the architects. Located in the metropolis of Chennai close to the transit hub of the city, the site is approached from the very busy Ponamali Expressway. Three major components – the marketing office, the experience center, and the construction site office are the core of the facility. A journey through the project reveals intricately detailed spatial sequences carefully crafted by a thoughtful blend of architecture, landscape, and interior design. Frames and visual experiences unfold in layers to keep the visitor mesmerized and mesmerized throughout. ”

The landscaped plaza that creates a serene arrival experience is first in the entry sequence; It doubles as a frontage between the city and the main program to filter out unwanted outside buzz. At the access point, one can glimpse the intricate ceiling canopy of the marketing office hovering over the plaza feature wall, creating a sense of mystery of what awaits.

The Marketing Office is accessed through a curved alley; Meandering through lush green guides visitors into the access court to reveal a full view of the architecture. Sample; It was designed as an extended canopy perched atop thin metal poles that protected the many pods below to stabilize the program. The capsules contain air-conditioned spaces for reception, exhibition, media room, client studios, etc. Arranged in the form of a free outline, the position of which determines the normal spine of movement along the longitudinal axis. The intricate design of the ceiling and the series of skylights along the spine enrich the experience of navigating through the space.

The Experience Center is accessed through the landscape buffer located at the end of the Marketing Desk. The steps travel through the landscape to a miniature movement shaft that represents the proportions of the apartment’s lobby, resulting in three apartment prototypes being displayed here. Typical apartments are placed alongside several semi-open and open public spaces to create a very attractive and inviting environment. The overall visitor’s journey is designed as a two-way experience and design features are tactfully laid out along the path and at important nodes to be discovered gradually and slowly.

An entrance discreetly placed at the end of the Experience Center leads to the “Construction Site Office”. He encouraged us to see the importance given to the design of spaces for the construction team; Visitors are escorted through the common area of the site office to reach the viewing platform which opens to a panoramic view of the residential town under construction rising in the background.

Environmental Impact: The facility has a life span of five years and will then be dismantled. Thus, the majority of the structure is designed from steel for recycling and reuse. The modular structural elements of another developer’s project will be used, making this project as sustainable as possible. The circulation spaces are well shaded and allow plenty of cross breezes, essential for comfort in the hot, humid Chennai weather; Minimize the need for air conditioning.
