Appointment of Santa Fe Senior Living as CEO
Announced on LinkedIn, that Ron Jennett will be joining Santa Fe Senior Living as the company’s president and chief operating officer. Jennett previously served as President and CEO of Methodist Retirement Communities.
Jennette in her LinkedIn post paid tribute to his long-term predecessor, Troy Holt, who is retiring.
Spingpoint finds new managers
SpringPoint has announced the addition of David Weiner and Donna Schwartzman to the position of Executive Assistant Director/Corporate for Communities in New Jersey.
Winner began his position in November of this year at the Winchester Gardens Life Plan community in Maplewood New Jersey.
Schwartzman will serve the same role in the Whiting New Jersey Life Plan community based in Crestwood Manor.
Laurel Circle 2 adds to the Food and Beverage team
The Bridgewater New Jersey life plan community, Laurel Circle, has announced Chester Page and Will Patterson as new food and beverage services director and executive chef, respectively.
Both Paige and Patterson are veterans of the food and beverage industry. Page brought his 22 years of living experience to the position of manager, having spent most of his time as temporary manager/manager of Culinary Services at Winchester Garden.
Patterson brings nearly four decades of experience to his new role as an executive chef, mostly in North Carolina. Notably, Patterson has cooked for presidents George HW Bush, Clinton, and Ford.
Brandon Wilde finds a local director of enrichment, an overseas chaplain
Sarah Applebaum has been promoted to Director of Enrichment at Brandon Wilde’s active retirement community in Evans, Georgia.
Applebaum, who previously worked as a fitness coach and health assistant, will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating community activities tailored to meet the needs and desires of Brandon Wilde residents.
The company has also named Chris Curley the role of its new chaplain, a role that includes various aspects of spiritual enlightenment.
Previously, Curley served as a temporary chaplain at University Hospital in Augusta, Georgia, and as a youth minister in Evans, Georgia.
He also held positions in various administrative, human resources, and health and wellness departments.
Faulkner Design promotes two women to leadership positions
Dallas-based Faulkner Design has announced the promotion of Stacy Peters and Claudine Begay to Director.
“This moment represents a pivotal step in realizing our vision for the future of the Faulkner Design Group,” CEO and Creative Director Adrienne Faulkner said in a statement.
Stacy Peters, a registered interior designer, joined Faulkner in 1999. She currently leads a team from the initial concept to design through to project completion.
Peters has worked with local developers, operators, architects and consultants throughout her career.
Begay, a LEED Partner, currently oversees design teams from concept to construction documents. PJ has 26 years in the design industry and is known for passion and creativity.
