The creator drew an illustration to celebrate the news and thank the fans:<\/p>\n<p style=\"clear:right\">\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" class=\"fright lazyload\" width=\"300\" height=\"420\" src=\"https:\/\/www.animenewsnetwork.com\/thumbnails\/max300x600\/cms\/news.5\/182582\/helck01.jpg\"\/>The manga is set in a world after the demon king has been overthrown.  Vamirio of the &#8220;Four Heavenly Imperial Rulers&#8221; has been hastily put in charge of the tournament in the demon realm to determine the next demon king.  She finds out that a human warrior named Hel<i\/>ck is somehow competing in the tournament.  Hello<i\/>ck proclaims that he hates other humans, but Vamirio simply can&#8217;t believe him &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Nanao began serializing the manga on the <cite class=\"e anime\">Manga ONE<\/cite> and <cite class=\"e anime\">Ura Sunday<\/cite> services in 2014, and ended it in 2017. <cite class=\"e company\">Shogakukan<\/cite> published the manga in 12 volumes.<\/p>\n<p>As a part of a &#8220;<cite class=\"e anime\">Hell<\/cite> Festival&#8221; campaign, <cite class=\"e anime\">Manga ONE<\/cite> is presenting 30 chapters of the manga for free from Monday to next Sunday.
