Well, pencil it in on your travel plans because this new staycation spot called Camper & Cabin is attracting quite the attention. <\/p>\n Roughing it up is given a luxurious touch in this dreamy new hideaway which combines the thrill of outdoor living with the comforts of boutique hotel service. Located in a secluded 5,000-square meter property along Batulao Road, Calaca, Batangas, it’s a totally accessible slice of heaven on earth. <\/p>\n The charming establishment recently landed a spot on ANC’s Executive Class and comes highly recommended by its host David Celdran. It has two full-sized bedroom cabins with modern amenities and a vintage camper perched on top of a hill. The cabins are very stylish. As David himself puts it, it looks \u201cstraight out of a midcentury modern architecture manual.\u201d<\/p>\n More praise from David: \u201cA lot of guests are surprised to find that this airbnb looks more like a home in Hollywood more than a rustic cabin in the woods. Although the structure seems to be built in the middle of nowhere, the design, furniture, amenities, equipment and quality of construction are all first rate.\u201d Hence, the place is attracting many design enthusiasts.<\/p>\n The place is built with large doors and glass panels, which allow guests to appreciate the view of the sky and the mountainside’s lush greenery. The bedroom cabin has access to a heated wading pool, which is perfect while star- or moon-gazing, if you’re into that kind of stuff. <\/p>\n For those seeking a different kind of outdoor experience, the camper is recommended. It used to be a vintage Airstream and is the favorite piece of the property’s owner and designer, Dennis Chan Canonizado, a huge collector of vintage objects. Dennis bought the Airstream Caravaner in North Carolina, and it was what started the architecture grad on building the airbnb. <\/p>\n Initially, Dennis only wanted a scenic spot to park his camper in for personal holidays in Batulao. But the place is just too beautiful not to be shared.<\/p>\n The camper doesn’t have its own pool. But it has a large outdoor terrace which is great for picnics and sunset viewing parties. From this vantage point, a picturesque view of the rolling mountainscape of Batangas and Cavite is yours for the taking. <\/p>\n Another feature you won’t find in Camber & Cabin is a restaurant: so guests are free to bring their own bottle and cook their own food. But the staff could book a table at a nearby restaurant or even hire a kitchen team to prep your meals. You can also have food delivered. If you need help building a bonfire, the staff is trained to assist you. Camper & Cabin offers a bonfire package\u2014complete with s’mores and barbecue.<\/p>\n You may book your stay via airbnb.com.
