The Post has learned that the couple is wearing a sleek, modern Los Feliz home that has been completely transformed in the past two years by up-and-coming interior designers. <\/p>\n
The five-bedroom, five-bathroom residence of Spanish singer Lourdes Hernandez and her husband Zach Lee sold in 2019 for $2.45 million, according to property records. <\/p>\n
The old d\u00e9cor has been completely destroyed, remodeled, and built into a contemporary industrial architectural retreat that rents out an estimated $10,000 per month, according to Zestimate. <\/p>\n
Set on a quarter-acre, photos by Visual Media LA show the interior of the spacious one-story home, which features high ceilings, wood floors, and an updated kitchen with a central island. <\/p>\nLos Feliz’s house consists of five bedrooms and five bathrooms. <\/figcaption>LA . The two also spent some quality time in Italy last month. <\/p>\n
Hernandez and Lee have worked on several Los Feliz properties in the past two years, bringing their creative talents to the real estate market. <\/p>\n
