The setup, Polke says, requires contributions from a stationery\/graphic designer (<span style=\"color: #054663;\">Emily Bird Designs<\/span>) who designed the panels;  A design\/build firm (BD3 Designs) reproduced the artwork and manufactured the frame and rear rail racks;  florist (<span style=\"color: #054663;\">flowers at 38<\/span>) for flowers and candles.  caterer (<span style=\"color: #054663;\">kitchen design<\/span>) for glassware.
